Most of the song is "iso-gaba-gaba-gaba-maware" which I think is the title "Walk, don't run." From a quick Google search it's probably closer to something like "don't be hasty."

But the other part...?

I bet they're evil. Knitted in the bowels of hell by Satan himself. Just look at the bears eyes. That's the look of a bear that has tasted blood. They probably lull you to sleep with their songs then attack you while you're passed out and helpless. On second thought, I could be wrong about the evil part. Maybe they're just be mischievous and wait till you're asleep to fondle your genitals and hide your keys. Never trust knitted animals.
